TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU’VE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE TERMS STATED BELOW, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE AND/OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER.I GENERAL TERMS
a) When placing a commission, please write in a clear, detailed and polite manner.
b) I will not accept orders made by unmannerly and impolite clients.
c) Image references are welcomed if you wish to provide me with some.
d) I will never resell, repurpose or remake commission pieces, unless given permission from the client.II PAYMENT
a) Payment upfront is expected before receiving service.
b) I only accept payments in:
- a. PayPal (in Euros);
- b. MBWay (national payments);
- c. and Bank Transaction (national payments).
c) I will notify you once I send the invoice in case case you choose to pay through Paypal or MBWay.
Please do not send any payments on your own.
d) Under no circumstances do I accept payments in cryptocurrency.III PROCESS
a) The progress list order is based on drops of reservation and order delays.
b) If you choose to delay your order, it will be pushed to the end of the list.
c) If you wish for your order to be pushed up to fulfill a deadline, an extra fee will be applied.
d) I will provide pictures of work in progress to all my clients whenever I have made significant advances in their commissions to check-in if any changes are necessary.
e) Your order completion will take a minimum of 20 days, from the day I started it, and the maximum will depend on:
- a. Software/Hardware/Equipment issues;
- b. Health issues;
- c. Studies, Work and Family issues;
- d. Any other personal issues.
f) If there is any delay to your order you will be notified.
g) If you need your order on a certain date, please notify me beforehand (extra charges may apply).IV COSTUMER SATISFACTION
a) My top priority is the satisfaction of both myself and my client with any commission I work on, I will not deliver anything my client or I am not happy with.
b) However, on the client’s part, whenever changes to the final product are involved, I’ll only make small changes like:
- a. Small details change;
- b. Minor color change;
- c. Minor detail addition.
c) I will only advance to the next stage of the commission after approval from the client and any major changes asked to be made of previous approved stages will not be made.
d) Any great changes will be charged upfront, great changes involve large parts of the product to be completely remade or to be start over.V COPYRIGHT / USE POLICY
a) I, the artist, own every right to my work, not the commissioner. Therefore, by owning these rights, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted material to:
- a. Promote myself and/or my work;
- b. Print it in banners, cards, zines or any piece of media I desire;
- c. Display anywhere to my liking;
- d. If my work is to be used for a comercial use, please mention it when replacing your order;
- e. I will post some of the commissions and tag the client on my socials, unless the client request otherwise.
b) The client does have the right to:
- a. Re-upload my work if discussed beforehand and fully credited with a link and username of my social media accounts;
c) The following is copyright infringement:
- a. Reproducing and/or using copyrighted material commercially, as in making Money out of my work in any way;
- b. Taking credit for my work and/or omitting my signature/watermark/stamp and credit;
- c. Removing any of my signatures/watermark/stamp;
- d. Altering my work without permission;
- e. Reselling my work in anyway way possible, including Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), Cryptocurrency or any Blockchain Media.
d) If there’s an agreement on a rate for my work to be commercially used a different Terms of Service wil be applied to each situation.VI CANCEL / REFUND POLICY
a) If I deem unable to deliver an order, unable to work on it under an undefined time or for unspecified reason I have the right to cancel and refund client’s orders at any time.
b) The client has no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after the order has been completed.
c) If the payment was not made yet, the client has the right to cancel the order with out any charges.
d) If the client cancels the order in the middle of progress, the amount refunded will be based on how developed the order is. The amount is decided by me, the artist.
e) If any unauthorized charge-back is filed against me, any rights to my work will be permanently retracted and I have the right to use it as I see fit. A charge-back will also guarentee:
- a. To be permanently placed on my Blacklist, where you’ll never be able to commission me again;
- b. For me to have all the rights to the money you have given me for my services.VII RESIN COMMISSIONS' DISCLAIMER
a) Please allow a margin of minor flaws. These products are handmade not manufactured so they will always have some minor flaws.
b) Every pour is unique. Resin is an unpredictable medium so it’s impossible to completely recreate a pour.
c) If the client doesn’t like the results of the first pour, they have the right to a second pour. If the client chooses to use this right, they will only receive one of the results. If they want both, there will be an extra charge.
- a. Whichever version of the product the client doesn't pay for I have the right to sell it.
d) Every commission price displayed is a base price that is paid upfront. After the commission is complete, I, the artist, will ask for the additional amount according to the complexity of what was done. Only after the additional payment is received the order will be shipped.
